Shipping and return policy

Shipping Policy

Orders must be placed online and paid for on our site before they can be confirmed and processed for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion. All orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of payment (excluding weekends, holidays, and unforeseen disruptions). we strive to ship your order within that timeframe, some factors may delay shipping. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

 

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

We offer free shipping on orders over $60 (NZD), excluding rural deliveries, applicable to all products.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not provide international shipping outside of New Zealand, but we can send a parcel to you at your expense.

How to Check Your Order Status?

Once your order has shipped, you will get an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@sscuts.co.nz with your name and order number.

Refunds & Returns

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 10 days at info@sscuts.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item We handle these on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a satisfactory solution. Refunds will reflect the total order amount, minus shipping costs, and will be processed via bank transfer. Please note, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but we offer a satisfaction guarantee.
